Bliss Balls Baby

I recently posted a pic on my Instagram of some apricot bliss balls I made as an after school snack. Here is the recipe for those that were interested, along with some other bliss ball recipes. Great for anytime, not just after school. Enjoy! X 

 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a good blender and mix on high until mixture is well combined and starts to clump together.

2. Roll mixture into snack sized balls.

3. Store bliss balls in a sealed container within the fridge Lasts within the fridge for up to a week.

IRON-RICH APRICOT BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Rolled Oats (not quick oats)
1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
1 cup Dried Apricots
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Honey
 



METHOD

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and shape into balls.

2. Roll the shaped balls in extra coconut and enjoy.

PEANUT BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Almond Meal
3 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
1 cup Shredded Coconut
2 tbsp Rice Syrup

 

METHOD

1. Place 2 cups of coconut and the dates into a blender or food processor. Process on high speed for 3-4 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.

2. Roll teaspoon sized balls and roll in remaining cup of coconut.

3 cups Dessicated Coconut
2 cups Pitted Dates
